Architects Collaborative and the principals of the firm have significant experience in the design of single use or mixed building complexes. ACI or the principals have designed and completed a substantial amount of residential and commercial work including some award winning landmark projects such as the Arlington Courthouse Plaza, Falls wood apartments, Alexander House, Meridian at the Courthouse or the office building at 1919 Eads Street in Crystal City to name a few.
The scope of work for these projects includes complete project services. Over the last twenty years the principals at ACI have worked and continue to work with prominent builder and developers in the Washington metropolitan area including C. E. Smith Construction group, Paradigm Development Companies, WRIT, Encore, Housing Opportunities Commission, AHC, Foulger Pratt, and others.
